A Thoughtful, Unhurried Space for Relational and Sexual Healing
Most couples and individuals come to therapy after months—or years—of trying to resolve painful patterns on their own. Whether you are navigating chronic relational gridlock, coping with the fallout of betrayal, or dealing with unspoken sexual disconnect, it is easy to feel stuck, discouraged, or uniquely isolated.
Real change rarely comes from generic communication scripts or surface-level advice. It happens when we address what is truly happening underneath the surface: the emotional habits, attachment patterns, and somatic responses that keep you from feeling close, secure, and fulfilled.
My practice offers a discreet, specialized clinical environment where you can speak candidly about intimacy, partnership, and vulnerability without awkwardness, judgment, or pathologizing.

How We Work: Moving Beyond Talking in Circles
Emotionally Focused & Systemic Relational Therapy: We identify the repetitive cycles—pursuing, withdrawing, shutting down, or escalating—that take over during conflict, helping you rebuild emotional safety and genuine mutual understanding.
Specialized Sex Therapy: Whether working with couples or individuals, we normalize and address sexual concerns directly. From desire discrepancies and intimacy avoidance to performance anxiety, out-of-control sexual behaviors, and physical discomfort, we treat sexual health as an integral part of human connection.
Trauma Reprocessing with EMDR: Often, couples hit an impasse because a partner’s nervous system is reacting to past distress—betrayal trauma, early attachment ruptures, or deep sexual shame. Integrating EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) allows us to reprocess the somatic memories talk therapy cannot unseat, clearing the physical “freeze” or threat response so real intimacy can return.
Discretion, Clarity, and Collaboration
Taking the first step into sex and couples therapy can bring up a great deal of anxiety. Knowing what to expect creates safety from the beginning:
Strictly Talk-Based & Confidential: All sessions are entirely conversational. You remain in control of the pace and depth of what we explore.
An Active, Focused Framework: We begin by mapping your relationship landscape, identifying immediate triggers, and establishing clear, practical goals for our time together.
A Culture of Complete Non-Judgment: Human sexuality and relationship needs are diverse and complex. Every identity, relationship structure, and personal dynamic is met with nuance and total clinical confidentiality.
